Simple Mind MapTerms of Use

These terms apply to Simple Mind Map, operated by M Tahreem Alam, based in Pakistan, and its product website and support service. Contact: m.tahreem.alam@gmail.com. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. They do not replace the terms that apply to your use of ChatGPT or other third-party services.
What the service does
Simple Mind Map displays supplied Markdown as an interactive mind map. It supports branch folding, focus, selection highlighting, pan and zoom, reset, themes, and supported rich Markdown content. Updates require the complete updated source. The app does not search private chats, edit external documents, create scheduled updates, or maintain a server-side saved-map library.
The export control requests separate SVG and Markdown files through native file capabilities available in the host. Availability varies by host. File links and uploads do not guarantee automatic downloads, permanent Library storage, restoration after reopening a viewer, or storage in ChatGPT Memory. Keep your own copies of content and exports that you need.
Access and cost
The app is free, with no purchases and no separate Simple Mind Map account. You must meet ChatGPT's applicable eligibility and access requirements. Your use of ChatGPT, internet access, or other services may have separate terms or charges. We may limit abusive requests or temporarily restrict access to protect the service.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain any rights you hold in the content you supply. You give us only the permission needed to process that content for the map or support request you make. You are responsible for having the right to submit and use it.
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or overload the service. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card information, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Check content generated or reorganized by ChatGPT before relying on it; a rendered map is not a guarantee of accuracy.
Third parties and open-source software
Simple Mind Map is an independent app and is not an official Markmap product. It uses Markmap and other dependencies under their respective licenses. Third-party notices are available on the product site. These terms do not limit rights those licenses grant to you.
ChatGPT controls its account, conversation, viewer, and native-file features. Links and externally hosted images are governed by the relevant site's terms. We do not control those services or guarantee their continued availability.
Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy describes data processing, providers, retention, and requests. You can contact us through the support form or by email. Support is provided as capacity allows; we do not promise a response time or round-the-clock availability.
Availability and responsibility
We provide the service as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that every host feature will work on every platform. We may change or discontinue features and will update public information when material behavior changes. You may stop using the service at any time.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties beyond the commitments stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and questions
